Learn to deliver comprehensive coaching

In our short intensive courses, you鈥檒l receive the training you need to offer your clients comprehensive training packages.

You鈥檒l learn the key anatomy and physiology to ensure you can offer safe practice, provide nutritional guidance to support physical activity, and management techniques to help you plan and deliver effective training sessions; all whilst learning how to manage the business side of offering training.

You will also be taught techniques and best practice for keeping your client motivated and focused on their goals as they implement the required lifestyle changes.
