Develop HR expertise to help hire, develop, and look after employees within a company
As an apprentice in human resources, you will play a central role in your organisation; helping to hire, develop, and look after employees within your company.
You will develop your HR expertise to help provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions whilst providing tailored advice to your business.
Deliver front line support to employees and managers
Through a HR apprenticeship you will develop a good understanding across all HR disciplines, including HR legislation and an excellent working knowledge of your organisation鈥檚 HR policies and procedures.
You will begin by understanding the structure of your organisation, the products and services it delivers, the external market and sector within which it operates, where their roles fits within the organisation, and the values which your organisation holds itself to.
Your growing knowledge of the systems, tools, and processes used in a HR position will help you develop and deliver tailored HR solutions to your organisations employees and managers.

What interested you in applying for an apprenticeship?
鈥淚 have always wanted to develop myself further like coming to work in the NDS, I am really interested in surgical sciences, medicine and research. it鈥檚 great to have the opportunity to develop myself.鈥
What has been your greatest achievement?
"Passing my course because I haven't studied in a very long time. The support I've had from Lisa and the team here and also the support I have had at college has been amazing. I have overcome a lot to get here so it鈥檚 a real milestone.鈥
