This morning, students and staff across 蜜桃传媒 came together to honour those who lost their lives in service and to commemorate Armistice Day. Services took place at three of our campuses - Abingdon, Witney, and Common Leys Farm - bringing our college community together in reflection and gratitude.
The events were coordinated by our Public Services department, providing an opportunity for everyone to pause, remember, and give thanks to those who served, while also reflecting on the impact of current global conflicts.
In the lead-up to today鈥檚 services, students supported the Royal British Legion鈥檚 Poppy Appeal, raising funds through the sale of poppies and badges.

At our Abingdon campus, the service was led by Phoebe, a second-year Public Services student, and featured a moving poem read by fellow students. Over at Common Leys Farm, students gathered alongside two of the farm鈥檚 horses, who wore purple poppies woven into their manes to honour the animals lost to war. In Witney, staff and students joined together for a service led by Elizabeth Frost, Head of Campus Experience, followed by the laying of poppy wreaths beneath the remembrance tree.

Across every campus, our community stood united in respect, reflection, and remembrance.
