Seacourt Hall- Foundational exercises: Learn core Pilates movements targeting strength, flexibility, and alignment.
- Proper technique and alignment: Master correct form to maximise effectiveness and prevent injury.
- Modification options: Adapt exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
- Core strengthening: Focus on developing a strong and stable core for overall fitness and posture improvement.
- Flexibility and mobility: Enhance range of motion and joint flexibility through controlled movements.
- Mindfulness and relaxation: Incorporate focused breathing techniques to promote relaxation and stress relief.

In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2陆 weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
Parking onsite - 2 hours free then paid, bus stops close by. Refreshments able to purchase onsite. No class during half term.
Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.
