Cheney SchoolThis course focuses on helping you feel more at ease when speaking Italian in a range of everyday situations, particularly those relevant to both home and work life. You鈥檒l practise telling the time using both the 12-hour and 24-hour clock, explore vocabulary related to places in town, learn to talk about opening times and dates, and describe your daily routines with greater accuracy.
You鈥檒l continue to build on the grammar covered in previous levels, developing a more confident use of tenses, word order and sentence structure. In addition to speaking and listening practice, you鈥檒l work on reading short texts on contemporary subjects, identifying key points and improving your overall comprehension.
By the end of the course, you鈥檒l have a stronger grasp of Italian grammar and vocabulary, and greater confidence in using the language in real-life settings. No class during half term.
Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
