Join us on this Indian Vegetarian Beginners course to learn about and make exciting, homemade style dishes from North India.
Learners will have the opportunity to make a wide variety of Indian vegetarian dishes each week. There will also be opportunities to explore and use different spices and breads of India.

Week 1 - Pakoras
Week 2 - Aloo Parontha鈥
Week 3 - Rice and Dal
Week 4 - Saag Aloo
Week 5 - Chana Masala鈥
Week 6 - Aubergine and Potatoes curry鈥
Week 7 - potatoes curry and Puri
Week 8 - Gobhi - Aloo
Week 9 - Tomatoes curry and Khichdi鈥

Entry criteria
No prior knowledge of Indian cookery required.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

Ingredient costs 拢10 (approx.) for ingredients, per lesson, per week.This course/workshop includes a material fee that provides essential resources and hands-on demonstrations, empowering you to achieve your learning goals and master new skills with confidence.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
