The role of a Cyber Security Engineer or Technologist is crucial in safeguarding organizations from cyber threats and requires a comprehensive skill set encompassing technical, analytical, and communication abilities. It involves proactive monitoring, analysis, and response to security incidents to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Duration: 鈥 24 months practical training period, plus 4 months for End Point Assessment
Delivery model:鈥 Work-based training with your employer鈥 Day release during term time (approx. 36 days per year)鈥 Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (7 days at college for each, if required)鈥 Off the job training will count for at least 6 hours a week of an apprentice鈥檚 time at work
