Witney CampusOn this course, you will:鈥 Explore creative processes of art project development鈥 Create work using different materials such as pencil, watercolour, pastel, acrylic and charcoal鈥 Study a diverse range of different artist鈥檚 work relating to the aims and objectives of each lesson鈥 Explore use of line, tone, composition, shape, perspective, tonal value, colour and texture鈥 Express your creative ideas through group discussions鈥 Explore and develop your personal style
What you need to bring to each session:鈥 A2/A3 sketch book or cartridge paper 160 grams鈥 A range of pencils eg 2B, 4B, 6B鈥 Eraser鈥 Sharpener
Your tutor will advise you of any other materials you may need as the course progresses.
There will be no class during half-term.There is no parking on Campus during the day. Please use Marriotts Walk or Woodford Way car parks which are a few minutes' walk away.Please report to Reception on arrival. A photo-ID will be issued for you to wear when attending classes.Vending machines are available."
Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
