Abingdon CampusLearners will get a chance to work with key ingredients and a variety of fresh herbs and spices in Indonesia & Thai cuisine (such as lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, tamarind, coconut milk), and will get a chance to learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy notes while creating Indonesia &Thai style curries, soup, stir‑fries and other dishes.
Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
