From fresh herbs and spices to coconut‑rich curries and grilled favourite – this course is suitable for beginners and experienced learners who are passionate about exploring the fragrant world of Indonesian and Thai cuisine.
This course aims to introduce key characteristics of Indonesian and Thai cuisines and skills of balancing flavours of classic dishes via essential Indonesian and Thai ingredients and spices in cooking. By the end of this course, learners will be able to prepare a range of Indonesia &Thai dishes and bring new skills and inspiration into their everyday cooking.

Learners will get a chance to work with key ingredients and a variety of fresh herbs and spices in Indonesia & Thai cuisine (such as lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, tamarind, coconut milk), and will get a chance to learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy notes while creating Indonesia &Thai style curries, soup, stir‑fries and other dishes.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

This course includes a material fee that provides essential resources and hands-on demonstrations, empowering you to achieve your learning goals and master new skills with confidence.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
