We have multiple nursing beds – complete with Oxford 125 Mini Hydraulic bed hoists, privacy curtains and other career-related equipment – to reenact what you might find in a hospital, nursing home or similar care environment.
There are heart-rate monitors, medical dummies, and many other industry equipment stocked and accessible to students on Health & Social Care courses.
To promote a holistic approach, the classroom and interactive whiteboard are within the nursing room rather than a separate space, allowing students to switch between practical- and theory-based learning in the same lesson.
