The facility is double the size of the previous studio, with 174sq.m split between two studios, and the extra space allows for more than 60 additional students to practice at one time.
Floor-to-ceiling mirrors that stretch across one side of the studio space provide instant feedback in rehearsals. There are barres for performers to prepare for routines, along with a changing room within the dance studio, and a modern sound system to get everyone in the zone.
The dance studio is also home to the Amanda Alder Dance Academy, who offer classes in schools and centres across the county. This partnership provides work experience opportunities for both Performing and Backstage Production students with the Academy.
